Orion Platen Sorter

The Orion: Platen Sorter is a larger, more versatile version of the Orion Mini. With a 16" diameter glass platen, the Orion's has a platen twice the size of the Orion Mini's, allowing for the inspection of larger parts. Additionally, the adjustable tilt provides more options for part shape and feed.

Sorting Specs:

• Sorting Rate: 36,000 parts per hour
• Single Side Profile Analysis

For Parts That:

• Are narrow cylindrical parts, like pins, tubes, and screws.

          or

• Are broad cylindrical parts, like rings and washers.

Integration:

The Orion is designed to accommodate as large a variety of part sizes and shapes that can fit within its inspection window. All sorting parameters, such as tilt, speed, and ejection, are easily adjustable. Six Sigma Concept's InGage™ software provides robust and reliable part detection and analysis.
